Hello CCSR Family,
What a magnificent celebration of life we had Friday for our beloved Music Director, Chuck Magruder.
The service brought many tears and smiles of remembrance all which couldn’t have happened unless Chuck was the exceptional friend and person he was. And, we have all been blessed to have Chuck's ministry of music for over 30 years. For me personally, my two and a half years here at CCSR have been a joy and blessing as Chuck and I prepared and planned for each Sunday's Worship every Wednesday morning in my Church Study. The psalmist said, "I will sing and make music to the LORD." The joy I have for Chuck is that today, he is doing just that very thing with the Lord Himself and all the hosts of heaven.
Chuck is now is living life in its fullest with the Lord, but please continue to keep all of Chuck's family and friends in your prayers.
